We see data as a powerful tool to empower entrepreneurs and amplify opportunities from our regional partners. Together, we #BuildInSE.

Southeast Capital Landscape

Build In SE teamed up with Embarc Collective (Tampa, FL) in 2019 to release the first Southeast Capital Landscape, a tool to help founders and entrepreneurs identify active venture capital firms throughout the Southeast. The database now contains nearly 600 investors in the region, and continues to grow as more capital sources enter the region.

We invite startup entrepreneurs and investors alike to utilize this resource and build more successful startup stories in the Southeast.

Southeast Exit Database

Build In SE first launched the Southeast Exit Database in 2020 to serve as a resource for the region to highlight the remarkable home-grown startup success stories. Since its launch, this database has surpassed 190 exits and continues to grow.

This is a living, breathing database meant to be a collaborative effort with our network, so if we missed anyone, please let us know.

Southeast Accelerator Database

Build In SE developed the Southeast Accelerator Database in 2020 to highlight the variety of accelerators that help entrepreneurs to build, market, and ultimately find funding for their startups. It features nearly 150 accelerators, each of which supports early-stage startups across the region.

This database evolves as the accelerator ecosystem changes - if you have suggestions, or if you do not see your accelerator on this list and wish to be added, submit the information here.

Southeast Research Reports

Build In SE regularly prepares details research reports on different sectors, trends, and developments related to the Southeast’s innovation ecosystem - all with the intent to educate and equip the region’s builders.
